For the alleged contemnors Mr. Adak, learned advocate entering appearance on behalf of the alleged contemnors, submits that since certain service-related documents of the petitioner have been misplaced from the office of the alleged contemnor, the order, violation of which is the subject matter of the present contempt petition, could not be complied with. Accordingly, he produces a letter dated 6th March, 2026, issued by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), South 24 Parganas, to the petitioner and submits that by that letter, the petitioner was asked to submit certain documents. Let the said letter be kept on record..

He also submits that if the documents referred to in the said letter are submitted by the petitioner, the order would be complied with even within a period of two weeks.

Mr. Halder, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, hands over in Court today duplicate copies of the Pension Booklet, Service Book, and other

documents, including a document containing the calculation of the arrears to which the petitioner is entitled, to Mr. Adak.

Mr. Adak submits that the order will be complied with within the time specified in the forgoing paragraphs.

In view thereof, the matter stands adjourned for a period of two weeks.
