Petitioner has prayed for grant of recognition in favour of Uttar Gangadharpur Miftaul Madrasah Shishu Shiksha Kendra (Khariji) as unaided Madrasah Siksha Kendra.

It is submitted by learned advocate representing the petitioner that previously application was made in prescribed format and subsequent thereto an application was made on 30th October, 2023 before the concerned authorities seeking grant of recognition as unaided Madrasah Siksha Kendra but same could not yield any result.

From the submissions made on behalf of the parties, it appears that no steps were taken based on application made by the petitioner seeking recognition but at the same time it needs to be recorded that no case is made out as to when concerned respondent authorities received the application seeking recognition from the petitioner. Without going into aforesaid factual controversy, writ petition stands disposed of granting leave to the petitioner to make fresh application seeking recognition as unaided Madrasah Siksha Kendra within a period of four weeks from date. If such application is made within aforesaid time, concerned respondent authorities shall take steps in accordance with law within twelve weeks thereafter.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
