1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious trial of G.R. Case No. 2652 of 2023 pending before the Court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangaon.

2. Considering the nature of prayer made in this revisional application, I find hardly any reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties.

3. Accordingly, service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

4. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangaon is requested to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied

for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

7. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

8. Petitioner is at liberty to make communication of this order to the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangaon for information and necessary compliance.
