In this regard the Division Bench of this court has already passed a judgement and order in MAT 1594 of 2018 that will be squarely applicable to the petitioner and he should understand from the said judgement of the Division Bench whether he would get six marks or not. The judgement delivered by the Division Bench on 13th April, 2023.

With this observation, this writ application is disposed of.
