Applicant alleges violation of the order dated 4th January, 2023 passed by a coordinate Bench on the connected writ petition.

The learned advocate representing the parties have jointly submitted that an intra Court appeal and stay application have been preferred against this order dated 4th January, 2023 and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench.
