Learned advocate appearing for the State respondents has obtained instruction from the concerned Block Development Officer about the reason for rejection of the bid submitted by the petitioner. The Block Development Officer has forwarded instruction that the tender was cancelled and fresh tender will be invited as the date for opening the tender expired on 26th October, 2023.

The said instruction is applicable in respect of both the Notice Inviting Tenders being NIeT No. 02 and NIeT No. 06.

As the tenders have been cancelled, accordingly, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

As and when tenders will be floated, the petitioner may participate in the same provided he is eligible to do so.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
