Challenging the action taken by the District Magistrate in terms of Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, this writ petition was preferred in 2018.

Record reveals none has ever made an attempt to press this application. Furthermore, due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy, the writ petition cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, however, without any order as to costs.
