Mr. Imran Ali Mrs. Debjani Sahu .....for the State None appears on behalf of the petitioner. On the last occasion the petitioner was also absent. Mr. Imran Ali along with Mrs. Debjani Sahu, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the State in this case.

The instant application has been filed against the Order dated 30.08.2012 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, 1st Court Alipore, South 24 Parganas under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Since the original impugned order has met with statutory death long ago, the instant application is now infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed on merit.
