By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned order passed on 19th March, 2020 and filed this writ petition on 5th December, 2022. The impugned order which the petitioner has challenged pursuant to the earlier order of this Court in the writ petition filed by the petitioner. Petitioner is not satisfied with the said order. Furthermore the grievance raised by the petitioner against the Cooperative Housing Society which is a private body is not "State" within Article 12 of the Constitution of India. Further the dispute is for the allotment of shop room in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and discussion made above, I am not

inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 26971 of 2022 and is dismissed.

Further, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar for the petitioner to entertain any other alternative remedy available to him under any statutory provisions of law.
