The instant application has been filed against the Order dated 23.08.2012 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Hooghly (1st Court) under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in M.P. Case No. 972 of 2012.

Since the original impugned order has met with statutory death long ago, the instant application is now infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed on merit.
