Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition on the ground of certain subsequent developments in the matter and seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 26977 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
