1. We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. Notice has been served on the respondents and affidavit of service has been filed.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the Block Development Officer, namely, 6th respondent to consider his representation dated 12.10.2023.

3. Since the writ petition has been disposed of without calling for affidavits, we do not express any opinion on the allegations which have been made by the petitioner in the said representation or in the writ petition.

4. In the light of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the 6th respondent/ Block Development Officer, Rajarhat to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2023 after notice to all the concerned and pass necessary order on merits and in accordance with law.

5. The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the representation along with the copy of this order to the 6th respondent by appearing in person in the office of

the Block Development Officer.

6. The 6th respondent shall comply with the above direction within a period of four weeks on which the representation is submitted in the office of the 6th respondent.

7. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
