We have considered the materials on record. Victim had protested against playing loud music during immersion. In retaliation, he was assaulted by the petitioners resulting in injuries. Petitioners are daring persons and have scanty regard for the peaceful living of citizens in the locality. 3.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
