In this matter I find from the pleadings that this is a matter for condoning the shortfall of qualifying service by two months two days of ten years for the purpose of granting pension.

I direct the Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Government of West Bengal to consider this matter within a period of three months. After giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, a reasoned order is to be passed and if the order is in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner shall have the liberty to use the order for getting his pension.

With the above observation, this matter is disposed of.

Learned advocate Mr. B. Basu Mallick has appeared in the matter for the State whose appointment is to be regularized.
