1. In terms of the order passed by a coordinate Bench dated 4th October, 2023 on the writ petition decision has been taken by the alleged contemnor on 16th October, 2025 which is disclosed in the affidavit of compliance.

Affidavit of compliance affirmed on 29th October, 2025 is filed today and same is taken on record.

2. Mr. Samanta, learned advocate representing the applicant submits that order passed by the alleged contemnor is not communicated to the applicant.

3. Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor is directed to supply copy of the order dated 16th October, 2025 to the learned advocate representing the applicant in course of this day.

4. Contempt application is disposed of and contempt proceeding is dropped.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
