Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits they are the in-laws of the victim lady. It is also submitted petitioner no. 4 is the married sister-in-law of the victim and her husband, that is petitioner no. 1 reside separately. They pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned Counsel for the State submits victim was tortured by the petitioners and committed suicide within four months of marriage.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of neighbours show petitioners had tortured the victim housewife. She committed suicide within four months of marriage. Hence we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
