It is submitted on behalf of the State that they have been unable to comply with the order dated 2nd December, 2025 and have not been able to communicate with the concerned Pradhan.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State seeks a last opportunity to try to communicate with the concerned Officer-in-Charge of Debra Police Station, Paschim Medinipur as to whether there has been compliance with the order dated 11th December, 2024 or not. In view of the above, let this matter appear in the Monthly List of January, 2026.

In the meantime, the State respondents are directed to act expeditiously to ensure compliance of the order dated 11th December, 2024.
