Case No.195 of 2021, by learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-I, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas, Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that due to the absence of the regular Presiding Officer, the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner intending to put up his son in a reputed institution for the betterment of education of child may become infructuous.

Upon perusal of the impugned order dated 19th November, 2022, it appears that the court is lying vacant.

In a situation like this, the instant revisional application stands disposed of, directing the learned Judge remaining -in-Charge of learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-I, Bongaon, North 24

Parganas to take up interlocutory application filed in connection with Misc. Case No.195 of 2021 (MC 4 of 2021) as specifically mentioned hereinabove, if necessary upon preponing the date, upon notice to the other side, preferably before the commencement of Winter Vacation of the court below for the year 2023.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and her learned advocate in the court below.
