Petitioner has prayed for transfer from his present school to another school by making transfer application. However, it has been pointed out by the learned advocate representing West Bengal Central School Service Commission that petitioner filed a writ petition being WPA 9758 of 2022 with identical prayer and same was disposed of by a coordinate Bench on 22nd June, 2022. Alleging violation of the order dated 22nd June, 2022 one contempt application was filed being CPAN 187 of 2023 and same was disposed of vide order dated 12th May, 2023.

In view of the issue being decided by the coordinate Bench in the previous writ petition being WPA 9758 of 2022 no further order need be passed and the writ petition stands dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
