Praying for a cancellation of a memo dated 25th September, 2005 issued by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24-Parganas whereby the departmental nominee was withdrawn from the managing committee of Danga High Madrasah (H.S.) and also praying for a direction upon the DI concerned to allow the newly constituted managing committee to function, this writ petition was preferred.

I am of the considered view that by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands disposed of.
