The petitioner seeks a consideration of the representation of the petitioner annexed at page-73 of the writ petition by respondent no.4.

Accordingly, WPA No. 26995 of 2022 is disposed of by directing respondent no.4 to consider and dispose of the representation dated October 31, 2022 made by the writ petitioner, if necessary, giving the writ petitioner a hearing in that regard.

After such consideration, which is expected to be done within one month from date, the outcome of the same shall be communicated in writing to the writ petitioner by respondent no.4.

It is made clear that the merits of the representation have not been gone into by this court. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
