The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Peeth Girls' High School (H.S.), District : Jhargram of the subject Physical Education.

She is complaining that her prayer for disbursement of 18 years' benefit is pending consideration before the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), District :

Jhargram, the respondent no. 3 herein since November 30, 2023.

The petitioner is praying direction upon the said respondent for disposal of her said prayer. The respondent no.3 is directed to consider and dispose of the said prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks

from the date of communication of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the School Authority WPA 26035 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the said writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
