Learned Public Prosecutor prays for leave of absence for the Investigating Officer and the Officer-in-Charge in view of them meeting with an accident on the way to the Court. He prays for leave of absence of the jurisdictional Superintendent of Police on the ground that there is an emerging law and order situation within such jurisdiction requiring the physical presence of such Superintendent of Police.

In view of such submissions, we grant leave of absence to the three police personnel.

Written explanation as called for by the order dated January 24, 2024 filed in the Court be taken on record. Court is informed that the petitioner was arrested. Petition contained a renewal prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

In view of the petitioner being arrested, no further order need be passed in the present application.

C.R.M. (A) 5060 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
