Learned Advocate appearing for the appellants submits that due to oversight the instant appeal has been filed assailing an order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division). He prays for withdrawal of the instant appeal.

In view of the above the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

However withdrawal of the instant appeal shall not prevent the appellants to assail the self-same order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Let the certified copy of the impugned judgement be returned to the learned Advocate on record of the appellants by the Assistant Court Officer upon replacement with photocopy thereof.
