1. None appears on behalf of the petitioners nor has any accommodation been sought for.

2. This is the fourth time when the matter has been called on, without any representation from the petitioners.

3. Learned Counsel for the respondent no. 4 appears and states that in terms of the order dated 15.01.2018; the respondent no. 4 has already refunded the additional cutback money to the petitioner sometime in March 2018. He has also produced an electronic mail dated 19.03.2018 stating that such payment has indeed been made to the petitioner, which is taken on record.

4. In view thereof, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant writ-petition.

5. Accordingly, WPA 28243 of 2017 is disposed of recording that payments have been made by the respondent no. 4 to the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court on 15.01.2018.

6. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for.
