1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for a direction for issuance of fresh admit card to the petitioner incorporating the correct enrollment number as F/2939/2972/2025 instead of F/2939/2025.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied to appear in the All India Bar Council Examination which is going to be conducted on 30th November, 2025 but when the
petitioner received the admit card, the petitioner found that the enrollment number is recorded as F/2939/2025 instead of F/2939/2972/2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the Bar Council of India submits that the petitioner in her application has mentioned the enrollment number as F/2939/2025, accordingly, in the admit card the enrollment number is recorded as F/2939/2025. Learned counsel for the Bar Council of India further submits that he has received a letter of the Bar Council of West Bengal wherein, it is intimated that the enrollment number of the petitioner is F/2939/2972/2025.
4. He further submits that by a notification dated 28th October, 2025, it was notified to all the candidates who are appearing in the examination to correct their registration form but the petitioner has not taken any steps to correct the same.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the materials on record. This Court finds that the petitioner has received admit card wherein, the enrollment number is recorded as F/2939/2025 but the correct enrollment number is F/2939/2972/2025. The said mistake has been occurred because the petitioner has submitted her application by mentioning the enrollment number as F/2939/2025.
The petitioner herself has not mentioned the correct enrollment number in the
application. The examination is to be held on 30th November, 2025. Admit card is already issued in the name of the petitioner. In the admit card the middle No. 2972 of enrollment is missing. There is no dispute with regard to the identity of the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the authorities are directed to allow the petitioner to appear in the examination which is to be held on 30th November, 2025. The enrollment number in the admit card shall be read as F/2939/2972/2025 instead of F/2939/2025.
7. WPA 26919 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
9. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
