Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner is in custody for 8 months and marriage was solemnized between the petitioner and the victim and unnecessarily on changed circumstances the victim has implicated the petitioner in a false case.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and produces the case diary, drawing the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim.

Learned advocate for the defacto complainant is present.

Having considered that charge sheet was submitted on or about August 2025, learned Special Court at the earliest on the next date would conclude the stage of consideration of charges. Victim be cited as the first witness of the case. Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the witness is over.

However, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 2505 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
