The petitioners have challenged a sale notice issued by the Bank pursuant to SARFAESI action.

Learned counsel for the Bank at the outset points out that the sale notice has not fructified since no bid was received by the Bank on the same.

Hence, the cause of action of the present writ petition is rendered infructuous.

WPA 26024 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous without any order as to costs.
