The allegation of the petitioner is in respect of TET (Teachers Eligibility Test) Examination, 2014.

The petitioner has ventilated his grievance as to the recruitment process in the year 2020 for the post of primary school teachers.

His allegation is that while he obtained total marks 24.949 and was not considered for recommendation for appointment at least two candidates of the same category (OBC-B) as it appears from page 29 of the writ petition got marks lesser than the petitioner i.e., 24.66 and 24.60 respectively have got recommendation for

appointment. In this regard, the petitioner filed one representation, which is at page annexure P-6 of the writ petition to the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. I direct the Deputy Secretary who is now acting also the Secretary of the Board to consider the representation along with the facts recorded above after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative within a period of 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within 2 weeks thereafter and to communicate the same to the petitioner or his authorised representative.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
