none represented the petitioner. Today, when the revisional application has been again called, none represented the petitioner. The revisional application has been preferred against an order awarding maintenance to the tune of Rs.7,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.7,000/- per month to the minor child aggregating to a sum of Rs.14,000/- per month. The quantum so arrived at by the learned Magistrate was on the basis of gross income of the present petitioner which is Rs.47,363/-. Having considered the gross income, I am of the view that no interference is called for in respect of the impugned order dated 30.08.2023. If there are materials to rebut, the petitioner is entitled to prefer an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4456 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
