Despite service, no one appears on behalf of the de facto complainant.

Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

The prosecution case is that the petitioners while returning from a 'puja', accosted the de facto complainant and her friend, attempted to molest and disrobe her. The de facto complainant then called her brother. After he came, the petitioners along with their accomplices assaulted them. Serious injuries were caused. Other accused were arrested.

Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
