The petitioner seeks intra-district transfer on self-medical grounds.

In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., Uttar Dinajpur shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner from the CMOH, Uttar Dinajpur. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner and if satisfied, the Chairman, D.P.S.C. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 27327 of 2024 stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if

applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities (Rajarshi Bharadwaj, J.)
