The petitioners have challenged an order dated October 29, 2022, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Raghunathpur, Purulia in Title Suit No. 30 of 2019.

The petitioners sought for scientific investigation of a signature on a document which was a compromise decree allegedly entered into between the parties in an earlier suit.

The learned court was of the view that the document had neither been produced nor tendered in evidence. The evidence of PW-1 had not commenced. The petitioners would get ample opportunity to confront PW-1 with such document and at the relevant stage, the issue could be decided.

Under such circumstances, the order impugned does not call for any interference. The petitioners can take appropriate steps after commencement of evidence. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
