The petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent no. 2 for consideration of the representations filed on 8th May, 2023 and 3rd August, 2023.

Without going into the merits of the representations filed by the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representations filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his unauthorised representative at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward copy of the representations dated 8th May, 2023 and 3rd August, 2023 to the aforesaid respondents at the time of communicating the order of the Court. It is made abundantly clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the representations and all points are left open to be decided by the aforesaid respondents at the time of consideration of the representations.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
