Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee ........for the petitioner Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay Ms. Lipika Chatterjee .......for the State At the time of call, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits on instruction that petitioner is willing to withdraw the writ petition in view of certain development which has taken place after filing of this writ petition relating to release of arrear salary to the petitioner and in that regard concerned District Inspector of Schools has issued a letter to the concerned school authority for releasing arrear dues on completion of formalities.

In support of such submission, letter of the petitioner dated 25th November, 2024 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

State respondents are represented by learned advocate.

In view of aforesaid submission, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file afresh on self-same cause of action, if situation so arises in future.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
