1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits in August, 2023. We do not find any change in the circumstances to reconsider the bail application. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
