The last order dated December 5, 2025 speaks for itself.

Both the learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that, the concerned teacher has already joined at her transferred school with effect from December 13, 2025. She has been working there.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding nor any thing survives as against the concerned teacher since she has complied with the direction and has joined at her transferred school.

Accordingly, there shall be no further steps to be taken against the concerned teacher, Smt.

Manisha Saha.

Consequently, the show cause notice dated November 25, 2025 issued upon the concerned teacher stands set aside and quashed.

It is made clear that, this show cause notice shall have no effect or bearing in the service record of the concerned teacher.

With the above observations and directions, this contempt proceeding being CPAN 1874 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

Accordingly, C.P.A.N. 1874 of 2025 stands disposed of.
