The present revisional application has been preferred praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 6th Court, Howrah to dispose of the Title Suit No.1464 of 2019 expeditiously. 2.

It is submitted that the Title Suit No.1464 of 2019 is being heard ex-parte. In spite of that the matter has been kept pending by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Howrah.

Considering the nature of the proceeding before the trial court and the material on record, learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 6th Court, Howrah is directed to make all efforts to dispose of the Title Suit which has been fixed for hearing ex-parte within a period of three months from the date of this order.

Civil Revision accordingly disposed of.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court at once.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
