Matter relates to transfer of the petitioner on the ground of distance in between the present school of the petitioner and his place of residence.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that transfer application of the petitioner was rejected by the concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission since petitioner was allotted low

rank in the list prepared for transfer in connection with three posts in three different schools which were indicated in the transfer application of the petitioner.

State respondents, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and West Bengal Central School Service Commission are represented by the learned advocates.

Having perused the document at page 27 of the writ petition, it appears that petitioner did not come within the zone of consideration for being transferred to any of the three different posts lying in three schools.

Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner and the writ petition stands dismissed.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to make transfer application in future in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
