Such question has already been decided by the Division Bench of this court in MAT 1594 of 2018 and the petitioners' case is covered by the said judgement. Therefore, nothing is required to be adjudicated at this stage. This court hopes and expects that the Board will grant six marks to the petitioners and will publish the names of the petitioners in the list that would be published by the date that has been fixed by one Division Bench of this court.

With the above observation this matter is disposed of as allowed.
