It has not been indicated who are they. However, upper primary para teachers cannot be considered for appointment as primary teachers as has been decided by the Division Bench of this court very recently in MAT 2023 of 2022. The order of the Division Bench is kept on record.

Therefore, the matter is dismissed. However, the petitioners are granted liberty to file proper application as he has submitted that they have been decategorised by order of this court in respect of the self same cause of action.
