Matter relates to transfer of the petitioner on the ground of distance in between present school of the petitioner and his place of residence and it has been submitted by learned advocate representing the petitioner that transfer application of the petitioner was returned by the concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission since rank of the petitioner in connection with three

posts in three different schools as indicated in the transfer application was lower than other candidates as a result whereof petitioner did not come within the zone of consideration.

Respondents are represented by learned advocates.

Having perused the reason indicated in a document at page 16 of the writ petition, it is found that petitioner did not come within the zone of consideration for transfer to any of the vacancies as indicated in the transfer application.

Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner and the writ petition stands dismissed.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to make transfer application in future in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
