The petitioner has alleged about the continued violation of permit conditions by the respondent nos. 22 to 30, in spite of being directed to comply with the same, pursuant to this Court's order dated July 12, 2024.

Hence, he has filed the present writ petition. 3.

It appears from record that in writ petition being WPA No. 17407 of 2024, the Court directed vide order dated July 12, 2024 that permit conditions of the respective parties should be maintained and in case of any violation thereof, the respondent no. 5 would be at liberty to take adequate steps under the law.

The police assistance was also granted and respondent no. 5 was directed to keep vigil over the functioning of the allegedly erring operators.

An order by the Regional Transport Officer at Alipore, South 24 Parganas dated August 27, 2024 clearly reflects that in presence of the writ petitioner as well as allegedly erring operators, the matter has been taken up for consideration and an order has been passed requesting RTO, Kolkata Region to take necessary action against the buses plying without permit to CBT, Kolkata.

Therefore, the matter shall take its own course and the Court does not find any further direction to be necessary to be made in this case.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents including the private respondents. 9.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition being WPA 27374 of 2024 is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.

10. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
