Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Petitioner was granted bail on 14.02.2025. There were conditions imposed while he was released on bail. State has submitted a report and submits that there is compliance of the conditions.

Having considered the same, the conditions which has been imposed for meeting with the Inspector-in-Charge of Serampore Police Station once in a week until further orders is hereby waived. So far as the other conditions are concerned the same remains unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
