The police authorities have tried to settle the matter between the parties and ensure that no breach of peace takes place. Prosecution vide Amta Police Station NCR has also been filed. Both the parties were called to the police station and asked to maintain peace. There is a title suit pending between the parties with regard to right, title and interest in respect of the property in question. The disputes are with regard to enjoyment of the property. The petitioner may approach the police authorities in future.

The court does not find any contempt. The police authorities will continue to ensure that peace is maintained.

The contempt application is disposed of. The contempt proceeding is dropped.

All the remedies available to the parties before the civil court is kept open.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
