Re : I.A. No. CAN 2 OF 2023 ------------- This is an application for condonation of delay for about 485 days in filing a restoration application. The writ petition was dismissed on September 20, 2021. The condonation application was taken out in January, 2023. By that time the Covid restriction was lifted long back before the application was taken out.

Ms. Madhumita Sil, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.3 prayed for an opportunity to file an affidavit.

Mr. Subhashis Sarkar, learned advocate appeared for the respondent no.4.

Considering the facts and circumstances, as above, the respondents shall file their affidavits-in-opposition on or before July 20, 2023. Reply, if any, thereto shall be filed on or before August 20, 2023.

ACO The matter shall appear along with the restoration application being I.A. CAN 1 of 2023 under the heading "Application" in the Combined Monthly List of September, 2023.
