The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is being disturbed in peaceful enjoyment of his property.

Records reflect that earlier there were directions in FMA 262 of 2023 as also by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.6 submits that the respondent no.6 is not responsible. However, the petitioner is unnecessarily repeatedly canvassing the grievance of disturbance against the private respondent. Mr. Banerjee, learned AGP appearing for the State submits that Jalangi Police Station has already kept a strict vigil and the Officer-in-Charge has informed that presently the situation is peaceful and there is no disturbance existing. Be that as it may, the petitioner happens to be a senior citizen as contended by the learned

advocate appearing for the petitioner. In case any complaint is filed, the Officer-in-Charge, Jalangi Police Station will ensure that the fear which has been instilled within the petitioner, should not survive and the police authorities would dissuade, if there is any untoward incident which takes place because of the present relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 27425 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
