Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to correct the cause title.

According to the petitioner there has been inordinate delay in progress of C.R. Case No. 424 of 2020 which is a proceeding under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Various applications have been preferred by the parties. However, there has been no progress in the main case. Having considered the prayer so made by the petitioner, I direct that the learned trial court would fix at least one date in every two months so that trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. In case any application is filed which may deter the trial of the case, the learned trial court would fix separate date for disposal of the application.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4462 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
