1. Petitioner contends that co-accused has been enlarged on bail. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State submits petitioner was involved in selling a minor child.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner was involved in selling a minor child. Foster parents of the child have been granted bail. Petitioner does not stand on the same footing with the said accused. On the other hand he stands on similar footing with another accused whose bail prayer has been turned down.

4. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
