Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

By referring to the order dated 20th April, 2022 the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail on 20th April, 2022. Thereafter, warrant of arrest was issued against the petitioner on 12th December, 2022. Having considered that the petitioner was earlier on bail, I direct that in case the petitioner surrenders and appears before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, F.T.C. 1st Court, Diamond Harbour, 24 Parganas (South) on or before 20th December, 2023, the learned trial court will allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond on condition that the petitioner shall meet with the Inspector-in-Charge, Kulpi Police Station till further order of modification by the learned trial court. In case the petitioner do not appear before the learned trial court by 20th December, 2023,

the learned trial court would exhaust harsher process of law compelling the appearance of the present petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4463 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
